1. Scope
This Policy applies to the Miami Web Graphics application, customer dashboard, checkout and services available through miamiwebgraphics.com. It does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party websites or services that you choose to use.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:
- Account information: name or business name, email address, login credentials and account identifiers.
- Business and website content: industry, services, descriptions, contact information, logo, photographs, selected template and design preferences.
- Domain and email-routing information: requested domain, registration status, forwarding destination and verification status.
- Transaction information: selected plan, payment status, billing-customer identifiers, subscription identifiers and renewal status. Full card details are collected by Stripe, not by Miami Web Graphics.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device data, timestamps, request logs, security events, diagnostic data and interactions with the application.
- Communications: support requests, feedback and other messages you send to us.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- generate previews and build, publish, host and maintain customer websites;
- create and administer accounts, domains, SSL, DNS and email forwarding;
- process checkout, confirm payments and manage renewals;
- provide support, notices and service communications;
- detect fraud, abuse, security threats and violations of our content standards;
- moderate submitted text and images using automated tools and, when necessary, human review;
- debug, analyze and improve the reliability and usability of the service;
- comply with legal obligations and protect users, the public and our rights.
4. Automated content moderation
Submitted text and images may be analyzed to identify potentially unlawful, pornographic, exploitative, hateful, abusive, violent or otherwise prohibited material. This processing may produce an approval, rejection or manual-review recommendation. Automated tools are not perfect. If content is rejected in error, you may request reconsideration by contacting us.
Content awaiting review should not be made publicly available. When practical, rejected uploads are deleted or isolated. We may retain limited records of a moderation decision for security, appeals, dispute prevention or legal compliance. Material that appears to involve child sexual exploitation or an immediate threat of serious harm may be preserved and reported when required or permitted by law.
5. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information to perform our contract with you, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, and obtain consent when required. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the applicable basis, without affecting processing already completed.
6. When we share information
We may disclose information to service providers that perform functions on our behalf, including:
- Cloudflare for application delivery, Workers, data storage, security, domains, DNS, SSL and email routing;
- Stripe for checkout, payment processing, billing and subscription management;
- domain registries and related providers as necessary to register and administer a selected domain;
- artificial-intelligence or moderation providers when a feature requires automated content analysis;
- professional advisers, authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or protect safety and rights;
- a successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use customer-submitted website content for unrelated targeted advertising.
7. Public information
Information that you approve for publication—such as your business name, website text, public email, telephone number, address, logo and photographs—will be visible on the public website we create. Search engines and third parties may index, copy or cache public content. Do not submit sensitive personal information for public display.
8. Cookies and local storage
We may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in, session security, checkout continuity, preferences and service operation. Third-party checkout or infrastructure services may set their own necessary cookies. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are added, we will provide disclosures and choices as required by law.
9. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain customer accounts and websites, complete domain and billing obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with legal requirements. Retention periods vary by data type. Backups and security records may remain for a limited period after deletion. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer reasonably identifies you.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted network connections, access controls and managed infrastructure. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should use a unique password and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
11. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request or complain to a privacy regulator. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
You can update certain website information through the customer dashboard and manage billing through the available billing portal. To exercise another privacy right, contact us using the information below. We will not discriminate against you for making a lawful privacy request.
12. Children’s privacy
The application is intended for business customers and adults, not children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. Users must not upload sexual or exploitative content involving minors under any circumstances. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the application, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
13. International processing
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for cross-border transfers.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect new services, practices or legal requirements. We will revise the effective date and may provide additional notice for material changes. Your continued use of the service after an update is subject to the revised Policy.
